Jaime earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2001 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Moving to the valley in 2002 she embarked on a twenty year human resources career, gaining experience in hospitality, technology, and construction, among other industries. Jaime started her own firm in 2021, Duende HR Consulting.  She consults with Upward Architects in the areas of human resources, employee benefits, and employment law.

Jaime is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling abroad.  At home she can be found working out, reading, and trying new restaurants.
