Josh joined the Upward Architects team as an Intern in 2022, while completing his studies at Arizona State University. Studying architecture in college allowed Josh to discover a love of 3D modeling, rendering, and composing design ideas. Josh graduated summa cum laude and since completing school he has started the testing process for architectural licensure.   After graduating Josh was promoted to Architectural Drafter, taking on more responsibilities and gaining experience in a wide variety of projects.

Born in Japan and raised in the Philippines Josh moved to the U.S. in 2012.  Josh cites his love of travel as his motivation for pursing a career in architecture.  Outside of work he enjoys watching movies and playing games.
