Flagstaff Mall

Flagstaff mall is a 388,000 square foot enclosed regional shopping center located at Arizona Highway 89 and Route 66. Vertical Design Studios designed the renovation of a 17,000 square foot Planet Fitness and created a new access point from inside the mall. A 2,000 square foot pad was created for a Starbucks and a multi-tenant pad for additional growth. There will be a 4,000 square foot container park project built in a corridor through the mall to bring more foot and bike traffic to the area. With these repurposed shipping containers, food vendors and bar concepts will be available for entertainment space.
