Shops at Fountainhead

This 10,000 square foot retail building is located at the southeast corner of 55^th Street and Broadway Road in Tempe. The multi-tenant shopping center is anchored by Starbucks Coffee with enough space for five additional tenants. The building is constructed primarily of integral colored masonry accented with metal elements at select corners. A steel and wood canopy wraps the entire building to help shade tenants. Trees, bushes, and groundcover are used to complement the building architecture and enhance the overall area.
