De Novo on Roanoke Apartments

This two-level, multi-family community with twenty units is located in the trendy, Uptown district in Phoenix. Before deciding to remodel, the apartments were in a state of disrepair, while developers considered removing the units and selling the land. Upward Architects was contracted to complete an extensive renovation of the property, completing interior and exterior models. After rebranding the complex, it is now a desirable, mid-century modern community to live in, with nearby access to the light rail, restaurants, shopping, schools, and entertainment districts.
